Language & Email Issue

    I have 2 issues

    1- I can send emails from SquirrelMail perfectly but I can not receive any coming emails.
    2 - I want to add Arabic language or to use utf-8 encoding because my emails may contain Arabic script.

    1) Which errors do you get in the mail.log?
    2) ISPConfig usex utf-8 and there are no changes required for emails in any language or charset in ISPConfig. Just ensure that your email client is capable to handle utf8.

    I'm sorry I have another issue could you guide me how to install horde mail. I appreciate so much your help :)

    Please check if the MX record of your domain points to the correct server. You can check that as follows:

    dig mx yourdomain.com
