problem with adding new site

Hello im using ispconfig 3.0.4.4 with nginx and php5-fpm (had this problem on 3.0.4.3 too so its not "after update" problem)

when i add new site in panel it always (only that new site) doesnt work.. im getting 502 error when trying to open index.php (index.html works fine), after i do manually restart php5-fpm service then everything working fine, it seems like after i add a new site it didnt reloading or restarting php fpm service automaticaly, is there any way to fix this ?
