howto execute script on events like mailbox added or password changed

has anybody tried this as of yet?

 

i saw in the case tracker

that on very high priority, there is the idea of adding applications support like joomla install...

for this the same feature would be needed!

so there has to be a possibility, to register a module for a specific event, e.g. email password changed?
