Klicking on "More Information..." (Host-2) shows no details.

There seems to be a database connection problem so that server2 can not connect to the database of the master. These kind of problems are caused mostly by wrong /etc/hosts file entries during install. When the hostname settings in /etc/hosts are wrong then the ispconfig installer and mysql database can not create correct mysql users. You can verify that by trying to connect with the mysql command from the slave to the master with the master connection details from the file /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/config.inc.php, if the connection fails then /etc/hosts was wrong during setup.
