    Hello :)

i have again another question. I have installed a few gameservers under

    /home/gamerservers/001
    /home/gamerservers/002
    /home/gamerservers/003

and in these dir's there are maps (e.g /home/gamerservers/001/maps) and i need a ftp user which can accses to this maps created by a ssh user called "gscreate" so owner/group of theese files is "gscreate".

I can create now a ftp with ispconfig with dirty mess, so create a ftp under rnd website, change uid and guid to "gscreate" and change path.

BUT ITS F** DIRTY! :-D And every *x* minutes a warning appears, and i dont know if it is safe.

Do i need a second ftp server (e.g. pro ftp) or can i manually add the needed ftp users?

    Thanks for helping

It should work by modifying a ftp user in ispconfig. Which warning do you get where?

    Hey Till,

i have made a mistake by editing. Now i have a webserver "gameserverusers.test.com"

Under this server i have ftp users in

    FTP User 1: /home/gameservers/001
    FTP User 2: /home/gameservers/002
    FTP User 3: /home/gameservers/003

But these all are in the same uid and gid "gameserver"

Now, is there a way for ftp user 1 to get in the dir of ftp user 3?

    Thanks for helping :)
