Cannot Reach Index Page For My Website

I am not able to get to the default index page for my website but I can get to the default Amazon Linux AMI Test Page when I use "http://mydomain.com"

I am able to get to the default index page for my website if I use "http://mydomain.com/mydomain.com/web/"

I am using ISPConfig 3.0.46

My OS is Linux 3.2.34-55.46.amzn1.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Nov 20 10:06:15 UTC 2012

I believe the issue might be with my httpd.conf file. The following is the content of that file:

I have checked my configuration and they are as you have suggested but that doesn't seem to work. Any other suggestions are greatly welcome.

What would be be best steps to take to diagnose this problem?

 

The website was not active...I fixed that, thank you for that.

But the problem is still the same.

I looked at the jobqueue and it is empty...I imagine that is not a good thing.

What do you recommend?

 

Now that I activated my website in ispconfig I cannot get to the default index page for my website at all:

I used to be able to see it using "http://mydomain.com/mydomain.com/web/"

And I cannot see it using http://mydomain.com

I just want to make sure but should my DocumentRoot be /var/www or /var/www/html

 

You must use the domain for that web site to access it, not any other domain, because ISPConfig configures name-based vhosts.
