No SASL authentication mechanisms using Ubuntu 20.04 + ISPConfig 3 + Dovecot

Hi,

I followed step by step the guide "The Perfect Server - Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Apache2, BIND, Dovecot, ISPConfig 3)" to setup a new server. I works fine but I have problems with email.

The Monitor says:

Web-Server: Online
FTP-Server: Online
SMTP-Server: Online
POP3-Server: Offline
IMAP-Server: Offline
DNS-Server: Online
mySQL-Server: Online

The Mail log says a lot of times:

Searched for other posts in the forum and I have no solution yet. Anyone can help me?

Read that somewhere in another post. Did it and the same mistake. There has to be a mistake in the guide.

Deleted the mail.log file and rebooted the system. Here you have the new mail.log file. The system tries to send a mail message when the cron jobs finish:

I'm repeating the setup on another computer just to verify if the steps described in the guide have a mistake.
