    Is mailman installed correctly on your mailserver? Please post the output of:

    ls -la /var/lib/mailman/data/

    Hi Till,

    This is the output

    [root@svr-3 ~]# ls -la /var/lib/mailman/data/
    total 8
    drwxrwsr-x 2 root mailman 4096 Feb 27 17:03 .
    drwxrwsr-x 6 root mailman 4096 Feb 27 17:03 ..
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root mailman 25 Feb 27 17:03 sitelist.cfg -> /etc/mailman/sitelist.cfg

    Is there a big difference in the handling of mail between the latest 3.04 and 3.05?

    No, it has not been changed.

    Which Linux distribution do you use?

    The problem is a missing mailman config file. Run:

    touch /var/lib/mailman/data/transport-mailman
    postmap /var/lib/mailman/data/transport-mailman

    and restart postfix.
