The most likely cause is that your ISP is blocking port 25. Even with trying to send email from an external server, mail.myexternalserver.tld, I believe you will find it happens. To bypass this on an external server, simply use 465 and TLS, which is the secure port used on the server. If you are running the server through your ISP, I believe the solution is more difficult. Maybe try searching for "bypassing smtp port 25 through ISP". Good luck... Darin
To send'm using the default port 587 and sending this normally. To receive'm using the default port 110, it connects but returns no email. When I try on my server "telnet localhost 25" it connects normally.
