Howto Postfix block multiple senders in one "mail from:"

Hello palls,
Obviously this is new mass spam wave and I'm concerned a lot of this bad effect.
But with my knowledge can't achieve effective protection
Could some one help me?

The usual message coming from my real users, ofcourse outside of my domain for exmlp:
Mail from: <[email protected]>,<[email protected]>,<[email protected]>,<[email protected]>,<[email protected]>,<[email protected]>
Some of them are legitimate but message can't be send from many users, right ?

Could someone advanced with Postfix MTA to advice me what can I do about that!

Thanks for the suggestion but not helpful. Although here is not total noob.
But the problem with multiple "mail from:" spam continues with full speed ahead (over my head)
