I have been running the perfect server Ubuntu 10.10 for a year now w/o problems, until yesterday; when I decided to upgrade to the newer ispconfig 3.05.2 I ended up with following symptoms: -no mail boxex under mail | email mailbox (35 boxes on server for 3 domain names) -there are 2 email aliases under mail | mail alias (correct) -all emails (users) appear ok under spam tab -under (statistics) tab: quotas shows all emails - but (traffic) tab no account shows - so far I haven't been able to find a similar problem here or google, so, could someone help? side note: when I ran the upgrade command I selected all default values. TIA
Maybe your mysql database was corrupted as the update script does not remove any values. You should have a backup of the database in /var/backup, restore that with phpmyadmin and then redo the update.
Solved Hi Till, I tried to dump the new dbispconfig and restore back first, and it seem to have solved the problem, I didn't have to reinstall the update gain. Thank you for pointing out the problem.
