Wow, just wow. I've just discovered that the "Perfect Server" guide is more like the "Broken Server" guide. After enough research I was able to fix this with a couple of simple symlinks that were NOT mentioned in the tutorial. Please update tutorial or there will be many more topics about this in the near future!
