I have a bit of an issue here and I cant seem to figure out whats going on. I've installed ISPconfig 3 on Centos 6.3. Everything went through just fine. I have the DNS setup and the website is visible through the web. (hmoost.com) Up until an hour ago, it stopped working. Nothing has been changed on the server. We created 2 accounts in the morning and two ftp user. Everything worked great for a couple of hours.... then afterwards we got a "Error establishing a database connection". Oddly weird because there's no database connected. It still host the original html index page that says: Welcome to your website! This is the default index page of your website. This file may be deleted or overwritten without any difficulty. This is produced by the file index.html in the web directory. For questions or problems please contact support. Now if I connect to the server locally with the local address of 192.168.0.15 in the browser, then I see the "Welcome to your website!" page but if I go to the the actual domain, it shows a database connection error. I've also checked the ports and port 80 is open. I'm at a stand still now not sure whats going on here. Can someone point me in the right direction? Paul
figured out its something with comcast blocking imcoming traffice on port 80. it's on and off. It works at times and at other times its not functioning. hmoost.com seems to be working now.
