I have installed ISPConfig 3.0.4.6 based on instructions here for Ubuntu version 12.04. Evertything was working fine until I did an upgrade. Now I am trying to get the email portion working. When I try to login into squirrelmail I get this "Error connecting to IMAP server: localhost. 101 : Network is unreachable".

When I check the Status of Service in ISPConfig I get all services OFFLINE.

Just to be clear I had email and working server prior to upgrade and my fiddling trying to get it to work again.
    Thanks!

    Check your mail.log for errors.

Of course domainname and ip.address.mine are made up to protect the innocent ; - )

Please check with phpmyadmin the table mail_user in the ispconfig database, does the column "login" contain the email address or is it empty?

It contains the email address. If it helps I am using Apache 2.2

    Till,

Sorry for wasting your time but I found out what was wrong. I had another server with the same name that got accidentally put online. I have another issue but will close this one. And for the record I didn't upgrade ISPconfig, I updated Ubuntu.
