    Hey Guys
I have few questions to ask about ISPconfig I got the current version installed onto my Ubuntu 12.04.3:LTS just fine but here is an few questions I need to be answered:

1.) does ispconfig have an option to limit bandwidth per client/website or Do I have set there an manually
    watch client/website?
2.) is there anyway to shut off or disable client/website for not paying?
3.) Is there anyway to put 3rd party billing system on ispconfig?
4.) on IP's can ISPconfig do real world IP's or does it have to be internal IP's Like 192.168.x.x then nat it or what?
5.) when can we start adding apps to ispconfig because the app thing is blink.
6.) is there anyway to give customers mysql databases inside of ispconfig?

    1) No
    2) Yes, in latests svn stable release.
    3) There is a billing system available for ispconfig: http://www.ispconfig.org/ispconfig-3/ispconfig-3-billing-module/
If you want to use a different billing system, then you can connect it with the ispconfig remote api.
    4) You can use real IP's off course.
    5) You can install apps in ispconfig already, thats available for quite some time.
    6) Sure, see sites > database.

    Till
there is no apps I can install or do anything with it seems like the repo is blink/empty or unless you guys got it updated. Or how do I get apps installed onto my ispconfig server?

Also so there is no bandwidth quota per website? If there is not is this option going to be added?

I want to know how to get the remote api to work because I dont want to have to pay for the billing module?

ISPConfig has 2 kind of installers. The extension installer which can be found in the system module. This is empty as there are no extensions available for ispconfig yet beside the billing module and the billing module has its own installer.

The app installer is a different function, you find it under Sites > apps and there are plenty of apps available.

As far as I know there is a feature request for that in our bugtracker, if it gets enough votes then it will be added to the roadmap.

I guess you still mix up apps (where there are many available) with ispconfig extensions. The billing module is not an app, it is an externsion for ispconfig. We plan to develop more extensions for ispconfig in future.

Regarding apps, there are plenty of them available (more then 150), you can install them easily with the app installer which you find under sites > APS nstaller.

The empty extension list were you refer to is not related to the apps installer in any way. So if you want to install a app, go to sites > apps in ispconfig.
