I was successful installing horde 5 with ubuntu 13.04 and 13.10.

Watch out with 13.10 the php5-json that install breaks several horde functions. Some kind of license dispute. I just used the ondrej/php5 repository instead. No issues.

Correct you will need to find equivalent packages manger for I believe its now yum. Haven't worked with red hat rpm since I once played around with redhat 5 long before it became fedora.

But then since the json licensing problem was with Debian based linux distributions you might be able to just use the php packages that are included with the centos distribution. Not sure!

It is best to use the distribution with you are familiar. Second, why you want to use Bitnami, it will give you another server!?! As I understand you try to use with ISPConfig...

Try to combine the tutorials found here, and at some point you will succeed. Test in a virtual machine until it will be OK.

hi ghostdare, i try bitnami because is all in one packet.
But i will try to install horde on ubuntu, with some tutorial.

in this moment, i can use virtual machine on vmware cluster infrastructure, so is very simple use snapshot for each modification
