Unable to connect my ip with 8080 port

Hello, I am running CentOS 6, and followed ISPConfig3 installation on http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-centos-6.4-x86_64-apache2-dovecot-ispconfig-3-p6. But still unable to connect to my newly installed ISPConfig 3. As I am new in this field so after googling some hours still not able to find out what's the issue. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks I have done the test before posting the thread. I didn't see any error from test.

 

But you didn't post the log-file here (as it's stated in the thread), so we cannot have a look.
