Please take a look here: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showpost.php?p=202906&postcount=4 the post is for ispconfig 2, but it will work for ispconfig 3 as well when you use bastille firewall. If you use ufw, then you can add additional rules withe the ufw commandline tools.
