Did you follow the centos installation instructions closely? amavisd is installed in chapter 14: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-centos-6.4-x86_64-apache2-dovecot-ispconfig-3-p4 but it seems to be missing on your server. lease note that all services have to be installed as described in the installation guide before you install ispconfig.

There is no problem with chapter 14 of the guide, I installed a server today based on the guide and the system worked out of the box. seems as if your yum database reports packages as installed that are not fully installed. Please post the output of: ls /etc/init.d/
