Greetings, I have a new build of the Ubuntu 12.04 Perfect Server with ISPConfig 3 installed. Everything is working except one. When a user tries to attach a file in SqurrielMail it fails with the following message.. ERROR : Could not move/copy file. File not attached I've double checked all the configuration files. Squirrelmail is configured to send files into this directory /usr/share/squirrelmail/attach The permissions are set to 733 In my logs I am getting a PHP open_basedir restriction error... PHP Warning: Unknown: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/usr/share/squirrelmail:/etc/squirrelmail:/var/lib/squirrelmail:/etc/hostname:/etc/mailname:/var/spool/squirrelmail) in Unknown on line 0, referer: I can't find and reference to a TMP folder anywhere in any PHP.ini or in ISPconfig's open_basedir sections. Can someone point me in the right direction to correct this? Thanks
Please reconfigure squirrelmail as described in this guide: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-wheezy-apache2-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3-p5 and restart apache. Leave out the part about the vhost "<VirtualHost 1.2.3.4:80>" at the end of the squirrelmail configuration chapter.
Thank you Till!!! Not sure what was wrong but after performing those steps the attachments are now working DaleHutch
