I know that it is a possibility to install ISPConfig as a multiserver at once. But can i add additional server for example database server to already existing master ISPConfig server?

ISPConfig requires always a php-cli if its a slave server as ispconfig is written in php, but no apache is required on slave servers as only the master (interface server) needs an apache. A ispconfig server joins a multiserver setup at install time of ispconfig, so you can not join it later.
