for like the live chat... im shocked that they dont use an IRC room where people can sit and chat about problems and stuff they are having ... but it could be nice to have an live chat support ... but there are other ways of doing that ...
Add HTTPS support for the forums. Not understanding why in this day and era it wasn't done already. steps to add https support: 1) generate certificate and CSR 2) forward CSR to a cert authority 3) install the signed cert 4) configure the webserver and restart the webserver service 5) bonus: if you get the cert created for www.howtoforge.com you can even have the entire site encrypted. And on top of that a redirect from http to https will get everybody on the new encrypted site. Amazing huh? 6) change the forum link to https 7) everybody is happy
