I have a problem with my email accounts on ispconfig. I try using the "Send Copy To" function on the account (to copy emails for staff on the days they are out of the office) and it causes a crash on postfix. Not a full crash but rather it gets stuck in a loop. The moment I activate this function the emails do not get copied, instead there is a massive delay on the emails reaching their destination. On the monitoring end I get the postfix permission error below:

    Code:
    Apr 24 16:35:00 server postfix/postdrop[32731]: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/973882.32731: Permission denied
The clients sending the emails inbound also get an error email outlining this error.

    Code:
    /usr/lib/dovecot/deliver". Command output: postdrop: warning:
mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/749450.27699: Permission denied
postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/749853.27699:
Permission denied postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file
        maildrop/750072.27699: Permission denied postdrop: warning:
mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/750354.27699: Permission denied
postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file maildrop/750646.27699:
Permission denied postdrop: warning: mail_queue_enter: create file
        maildrop/750919.27699: Permission denied
I stop service on postfix, i Set permissions on it to -R as per online forum discussions I have found and restart the service. Same problem occurs. Only time it stops is if I disable the copy function, stop the postfix service, "killall -9", and restart postfix.

Please help. I need this functionality and can't figure out what I have set up wrong here for permissions.

    ON A NOTE:
Emails work just fine when this function is not active.

    Thank you,
    Disgruntled and frustrated.
