"ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server

    Hello to everyone!

    Last night I updated my Ubuntu Server 8.04 to 10.04 and I have troubles with FTP and ISPConfig 2.2 access.
    The ftp says me ""ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server"
    And the ISPConfig looks not working.
    Before the update all was working fine.

    Now I see that proftd is no correctaly installed. This is the mensage:
    How can I solve this?

    The FTP problem is solved!!
    sudo apt-get purge proftpd-basic
    And reinstall
    sudo apt-get install proftpd

    Anyway the port 81 for the ISPConfig is not working...
