Hi, I have an Ubuntu dedicated server with ISPConfig 3 that works perfectly. My hosting provider setup the server with two disk drives, but I currently use only one drive. Is it possible to use ISPConfig to create a second website in the second drive? O, can I have an FTP account that can reach the second drive? Thanks, Esteban
All websites ahve to be in the same directory tree, so you can not put a single website to another drive. Normally you use the tow drives as a raid array to to ensure that you dont loose data when one harddisk fails.
You can e.g. leave websites on the first drive and move the emails to the second one: http://www.howtoforge.com/use_mount...ctory_of_a_ispconfig_server_to_a_new_location
Interesting. Is it possible to have an FTP user that can access to that second drive so I can use it as a backup drive? I don't have a global FTP user that can access the whole server.
