Hi, I want to setup roundcube mail with ISPConfig 3 with NGINX on ubuntu 14. I like roundcube because of its attractive user interface as compared to squirrelmail. sure. Yu can run as many different webmail clients as you like on a server. Just ensure that you install them in differet folders and that you dont use the same alias name to access them.
