If i have a Proforma invoice and i want to convert it to an invoice, the proforma invoice isn't removed. So i end up with an invoice and a Proforma invoice (both keep existing). i have billing module 1.3 rev 5 Is this normal behaviour?
Thats the normal behaviour. A proforma invoice may not be removed when you convert it to a invoice as a proforma invoice is also a company document that has to be archived. Proforma invoices and invoices have both their own numbering scheme, so they dont collide.
A i tested some stuff. The proforma doesn't count on the Income tab, it can only get overdue. I was confused because proforma invoices has got a paid setting (it should be yes if i convert it to an order). That is the behavior i was expecting. I thought both the invoice and the proforma would count as income, but that isn't the case. Thanks till.
