Hi everyone, I've been a member here for a few years now and a supporter of HowtoForge. I started using StartSSL after joining this community, and had pretty good success with using them. Last year I recommended them to a company that I work for, and we've had nothing but trouble with them. They staff is completely unhelpful, and in my opinion lacking any kind of accountability, customer support, or ethics. They require highly sensitive documents and are located outside of my country, where there it little to no accountability for their actions. Recently I have discovered this, and will likely start using this in 2015: https://letsencrypt.org/ I suggest that HowtoForge start supporting Let's Encrypt and get completely away from StartSSL. Does anyone else here support this suggestion? Thank you, Darin
