IspConfig3 Apache2 - FTP User does not work

    I followed the tutorial here and everything went well.
    However, I can not connect to ftp by creating a new user, the only way is to switch to superuser mode.
    Can you tell me what to do please?

    One issue we had was a firewall, had to use passive mode, tweak pro-ftp conf to use different ports.

    And ensure that you use the full ftp username incl. Prefix.

    It is a good idea to post how it was fixed in case someone else runs over this post or gets added to the 'search database'. I noticed lots of spam in the past 3, unsure if this is such but after checking the site, I'm surprised that the site it is so unresponsive even though you are using WP.

    So I spent the whole passive mode and folder permissions were all granted.
    DDArt => It's a website for a boring client who wanted to personalize the site by putting fixed widths to div (??). Anyway i will work on the responsive version later.
