The lin you posted is for a old deboan version on servers that do not run ispconfig. Please see here for the ispconfig setup that includes also fail2ban for deban 8: https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/perfect-server-debian-8-jessie-apache-bind-dovecot-ispconfig-3/
Hi Till I have just upgraded my server from debian 7 to 8 and I see that error on ispconfig panel and on webmin. Fail2ban service doesn't start: Found no accessible config files for 'filter.d/sasl' under /etc/fail2ban
ok, done, now it works fine...
