I followed the instructions here: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_ubuntu_6.06 But I continue to get the error messages: (date) mail postfix/smtpd[13388]: TLS connection established from unknown[12.34.56.66]: TLSv1 with cipher DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA (256/256 bits) (date) mail postfix/smtpd[13388]: warning: SASL authentication failure: cannot connect to saslauthd server: Permission denied (date) mail postfix/smtpd[13388]: warning: SASL authentication failure: Password verification failed (date) mail postfix/smtpd[13388]: warning: unknown[12.34.56.66]: SASL PLAIN authentication failed (date) mail postfix/smtpd[13388]: warning: SASL authentication failure: cannot connect to saslauthd server: Permission denied (date) mail postfix/smtpd[13388]: warning: unknown[12.34.56.66]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed Any tips MUCH appreciated. Please make sure your sasluthd configuration is exactly as in the tutorial. What's the output of Code: ps aux | grep saslauthd ?
