ERROR 500- internal server error while uploading file

    Hello,
    I have installed ISPConfig 3.0.5.4p6 installed on Ubuntu 14.04.1. And I have several websites. In any of websites, when I am uploading file with size more that 100KB, I get ERROR 500- Internal server error. Could you please help to fix it.

    Check the error.log of the website for the exct error message.

    This is what is added to error.log after the error 500.
    Code:
    [client 175.142.153.19:60887] mod_fcgid: HTTP request length 132573 (so far) exceeds MaxRequestLen (131072)

    This solves the http error when uploading images in wordperfect!
