Unable to connect on port 8080

oh it is pound to localhost. would this be the issue?

thank you for the help i managed to get it working it was my router port forwarding.

 

can I change the ISPConfig admin page with https://mydomain.tld:8080 to https://portal.mydomain.co.uk?
