These are bind mounts (similar to symlinks), they dot use up any space, thats why they show 97% as thats the usage of your harrdisk (/ partition). The space can be used by anything on your server, it dont have to be related to logs at all. you can find large files e.g. with the Linux find command.
but I can't make any updates because quotas. If I output df -h everything looks fine. I have still 80% available space
