Link web space without dns and without domain only server IP

Hello everyone, I have a server with a website with a database and ftp, I have not yet configured the DNS, so I would like to know how I can see the web site only through the server's ip address.

sorry I didnt explain myself well
I have 2 server on-line:
Server A with a old website, domain and dns, and server B with new website and no dns and domain (because is configured in server A)
now how do I get the new website site on the new server?
I tried with all the tree of the www folder but not work error 404
for Example
192.168.1.100/clients/client1/web/
