The Perfect Server - PHP7 (PHP-FPM) Debian 8.4 Jessie (Apache2, BIND, Dovecot, ISPConfig 3.1)

Thank you, however this tutorial is explaining how to do it with PHP 5. I am aware there is a tutorial, that helps you how to install PHP7 using PHP-FPM on Debian (by Till Brehm), however then it's not a clean install, and it also doesn't have Memcached.
I would truly appreciate if anyone could write a Debian 8.4 Jessie, with PHP 7 using PHP-FPM, plus Memcached, Apache2, with Roundcube mail and ISPConfig 3.1 and the rest of the standard great stuff.

Debian Jessie is not shipped with PHP7. But you can install an additonal php-version for your sites.
