Hello guys. I have updated my multiserver setup to version 3.1, everything is working fine. But now when i want to login to ISPconfig by url https://www.example.com:8080, i type username and password and i cant login, there isn't any errors only the username and password fields become empty. In auth.log from ISPconfig i see that Login is successfull. I only can login when url is https://example.com:8080 So i can login when url is without www, but can't login when url is with www
restart the browser, empty the browser cache and if this does not help, empty the sys_session database table from ispconfig to remove old sessions.
Hello till, thank you for your answer. At first i have done Empty cache and Hard reload in Google Chrome browser, it doesn't helpd. At second i have empty the sys_session in database table, but no luck. What else can be the cause ?
It does not matter for the ispconfig login which URL you use, so if it makes a difference on your system at the moment, then something must have been cached or the two URL's point to different servers or dom kind of different rewrite rules or rewrite config that does not belong to ispconfig must have been used. Try another browser, does it work then?

Still a problem even after the latest 3.1.1p1 update. After login ISPconfig panel redirects back to domain root ie https://mydomain.com:8080 and asks to login again instead of the https://www.mydomain.com:8080 where the successful auth works. Login also works on IP instead of FQDN.
I have the same issue. Clearing all cookies temporarily fixes it, but the issue is going to happen again after some time.
After adding SSL certificates using this How-To the problem went away. https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/ssl-how-to-for-ispconfig-3-with-letsencrypt.74738/ I'm guessing it's something to do with SSL auth.
