Send an email from your server to gmail, then check the log file with e.g.: tail -n 200 /var/log/mail.log to get the log lines that have been added for your sending attempt. Sending emails to an larger provider requires that your server has a fixed IP address (not a dynamic IP) and that you have a correct PTR (reverse) record set for the IP address of your server.

Then you should disable ipv6 in postfix main.cf file: inet_protocols = ipv4 You posted above that you use CloudFlare dns, so there should not be a dns record at ispconfig.
