Looks like the download page for Jailkit is not responding so it is making an Auto Install on Debian 8 hang. Or is it just me who cannot reach : http://olivier.sessink.nl/jailkit/
Yes, it seems to be hanging for other people too, however, if you search the internet, there are other places that you can download it from and then scp/ftp the file to your server. I did that this evening while building a virtual server of 3.1 to test it.
