i have searched the problem seems its a problem related to clamav version.
i tried to update without luck im running debian 6 with ispconfig 3.

any method to update clamav? or to disable it, so it wont affect the server?

Debian 6 is really old and there are no updates anymore fr that version. Better upgrade the system to debian 7.

This is not always a ram-problem. Upgrade clamav. I saw this warning on a server with 64gb ram a few days ago.

We have the same issue on one of our VM. We restarted and when it boots we receive this error:
LibClamAV Error: mpool_malloc(): Attempt to allocate 8388608 bytes
We could boot into recovery mode and mount the file system of the Debian 6 OS. In revovery mode we can not run commands we can reach the file system only. Can someone have an idea how we can disable clamav on boot, but in files not with commands?

You can try to move the startup-scripts from /etc/init.d to /
