Backup function doesn't appear to backup web files only DB's

Hello a quick question, I got all my websites set to backup daily and for it to only keep one.

However this is my back up folder:

Any thoughts as to why no web files are backed up Or are they at another location?

What is strange, web 9 does not exist. Is this perhaps an old website backing up that has been removed?

 

Strangely, disabling backups and enabling them fixed the issue.

I now have backups.
