How to use Let's Encrypt / Certbot to certify Ispconfig and client websites?

    Hi,

When installing Ispconfig you have to install a few SSL-certs, however all these certs are self-signed. Afterwards when you use LE Certbot for a client you get an valid SSL cert. what is good. However the ones for Ispconfig stay the same self-signed ones, so when you connect to ftp / mail etc. you keep getting untrusted certs messages and programs like Outlook, Thunderbird etc. refuse to connect and you have to manual edit things. Those edits force you to accept untrusted certs, what is not really professional in the eyes of a client or myself as the hoster.
Is there a way during installation or afterwards, to skip the self-signed ones and use LE Certbot instead? That way the whole server would be having valid SSL's and not only the www.example.com & example.com of a client.
