Update to 3.1 ftp not showing dir

    Hello I update my web server to 3.1.1 when I went to login to ftp Iam able to login but there is no dir showing up saying no permission not sure what to do.

    Is this a new website or an existing website? Did you check the owner of the web directory?

    Existing websites. The owner of the web dir said web23 client1 everything is right that I can tell

    so I just added a new user and new website still doing the same thing

    that's strange. and the owner of the website webX user and clientX group of this website match with the username and group of the ftp user in the ftp_user table?

    The strange thing is, if I remember correctly, nothing changed in regard to the ftp user setup from 3.0 to 3.1.

    Had to disable chroot so the ftp works but now it keeps on showing a 403 error every time you go to the websites
