I am a bit confused, we bought the tutorial of ISPConfig and it said this. phpMyAdmin's Apache configuration is in the file /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf . Normally, there should be a symlink called phpmyadmin.conf in the /etc/apache2/conf.d/ directory that points to /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf But, I don't have this folder and looking information I found this on the Ubuntu website: conf-available: this directory contains available configuration files. All files that were previously in /etc/apache2/conf.d should be moved to /etc/apache2/conf-available.So if you understand, I am a bit confused.
It depends on the Debian version you use, older versions use a symlink in conf.d, the latest one uses a symlink in conf-enabled folder.
