[help] ubuntu 15.04 can send mail but cannot receive mail

i running for multi server, so does i'm right just creativauz.com

Should I reinstall ispconfig?

 

I think you should reinstall and follow the how-to perfect server guides yes.
Or maybe @sjau or @till has some other ideas.
