Check the dns records of the FROM and REPLYTO address of these emails. Seems as if the other servers are not able to verify the address. You can check DNS records e.g. with intodns.com.
Hi Tll, https://intodns.com/airbonaita.it everythings seems ok. But is possible that the user have some misconfigured error in mail client? Have you some site where is possible to check more blacklist then mxtools?
