Help! my website is down

i'm was working in a css file, but misteriously i can't enter to after.com.uy and cpanel too..

What is wrong here? How can I solve this?

 

Restore from backup the file you altered.
Or if you still have it in editor, UNDO changes to get the original back.
Or maybe editor saved the original file with some other name?

To access to my panel, i go to https://xenlnx01.palser.com:8080/login/. But now is down....

 

That address does not answer to ping. Is the computer shut down? Or pulled from the network?
