    Hi Guys
    I am wondering if you can educate me.
    I recently installed razor and pyzor onto my server, to help combat spam even further.
    Since then, emails are being classed as spam, and disregarded.

    Jan 25 14:10:40 isc amavis[21488]: (21488-18) Blocked SPAM {DiscardedInbound}, [198.0.0.9]:16516 [52.0.0.248] <bounce-md_30030038.5c4b11dd.v1-fe822e01bd544febaa7d7dab6f6f262e@mandrill.xxxxxxxxxx.co.uk> -> <[email protected]>, Queue-ID: D16F97060095, Message-ID: <[email protected]>, mail_id: 7KICbrh1jJxo, Hits: 7.429, size: 106919, dkim_sd=mandrill:xxxxxxxxx.uk,mandrill:mandrillapp.com, 1435 ms

    Is there anything in this line that tells me what led it to decide that it is spam?
    This is from a software that sends emails out with pdf attachments.

    Before i installed these two, it was working fine.

    Can you please advise if there is a whitelist per say, or a different way of allowing emails through.

    Kind Regards

    Lee

    You could try adding @mandrill.xxxxxxxx.co.uk or mandrill.xxxxxxxxxx.co.uk (not sure about the exact syntax, you can find it in the manual) to the spamfilter whitelist. Or raise the spam score of the recipient mailbox temporarily to e.g. 8 and then look into the mail header of the received email to see which rules caused this score. Alternatively, you can raise the log leven in amavisd to get more details.

    Thanks Till, double checked the manual, and added it, I have just asked my client to resend, and will monitor.
    Thanks again
