Obviously there still have some items listed in the websites tab, same for email... What is going to happen when we click on the delete button from the server's tab ? No, it just removes the server entry. You should clean up the sites and email domains before you delete the server.

Bulk delete happens when you remove a client. To delete all sites form a server, you'll have to use the api or write a script (tool) for the ispconfig interface, take a look at the client or reseller delete files, that's not much code which does it.
