The lines are cut, so no idea what the complete error message is. It might be helpful. Also what might be helpful is Operating system and ISPConfig version. See https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/please-read-before-posting.58408/ Please paste logs in CODE tags. Please post only the relevant part of log, not half an hour worth of repeating lines. Apache seems to stop and start repeatedly. What starts it back? Anyway, if examining the complete error message does not help you. stop apache, then start apache from command line, paste the lines from error.log in CODE tags that are the result of that starting attempt. Check your paste shows the complete lines.

Can you open your httpd.conf file and check what you have set for Virtualhost' ? It usually is <VirtualHost xxx.xx.xxx.xx:80> where (xxx is your IP ) You will need to replace it with : <VirtualHost *:80> and restart apache and see if it works for you.
